Ozean was founded by highly experienced chartered accountants, lawyers, professionals from senior management of MNC’s who believed in giving best outsourcing solutions to corporates with cost efficiency and innovation. Our aim is to get recognized as reputed and one of the leading outsourcing firm with strong leadership and core values imbibed into the firm through its founding members.

Worked with MNC’s serving Gaming & Entertainment industry, Financial Services and Manufacturing Companies and developed ERP accounting system for clients, has global exposure in IFRS of UK GAAP, CANADA GAAP, Swiss, Singapore accounting and compliance relating to Audit, GST, VAT, Liaison with KPMG (UK/Canada), BDO( Ireland/Canada), Consolidation of group accounts as per INDIA GAAP, has experience in Risk management, including internal and external risk associated with business. Always believe in quality work and adhering to strict timelines as given by the clients.

Having Experience in Accounts/Finance for more than 25 years. Worked in various Multinationals/ various industrial sectors like Chambal Fertilizers (KK Birla), Kotak Mahindra Finance, Business Standard, IBM Daksh, Convergys, Hewitt Associates. Extensive exposure to implementing and supporting ERP System Peoplesoft and also involved in projects like transforming accounting system from one platform to other. As a Finance person, main focus is to keep cost under control and bring more methodologies to automate and outsource accounting activities which are non-core to business.
